Le Mélange Patisserie is the premier destination for handcrafted baked delicacies and exquisite desserts, free from artificial flavours. Our specialty lies in French desserts such as macarons and intricate entremets, as well as rustic English-style tea cakes. Additionally, we have a deep appreciation for traditional Indian sweets, drawing inspiration from homestyle recipes passed down by Chef Anjira Mehta’s grandma ( Nani).

Our mission at Le Mélange is to reintroduce the pure, fresh taste of handcrafted desserts to our discerning clientele. We take pride in offering a diverse selection of treats that cater to every palate, staying true to our name – Mélange, which means “mixture” in French. Anjira Mehta

Owner & Pastry Chef

Chef Anjira Mehta, the creative force behind Le  Mélange  Patisserie, is a hospitality graduate from WGSHA, Manipal University, with formal training from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.

She honed her skills in the pastry kitchens of renowned establishments like L’éclair de Genie in Paris and L’Opéra in New Delhi.
